Mercedes-Benz India posts best quarter with 6% annual sales surgeMERCEDES
Mercedes-Benz India clocked its best-ever quarter — 5,422 units in Q3 2026 (Jul–Sep), up 6% from 5,119 units a year ago. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, sales jumped 17%. The company also posted its highest January–September sales of 15,190 units, up 8% YoY. Growth was led by top-end models like S-Class, Maybach, EQS Maybach SUV, G-Class and AMG. Top-end models grew over 13% and made up more than 25% of total sales. The upcoming electrified S-Class deliveries start mid-October, and the new GLC BEV will debut in India on November 4, 2026.

Zydus Lifesciences, along with partner MSN Laboratories, has launched Riociguat Tablets (0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.5 mg, 2 mg, 2.5 mg) in the US. This is the first generic version of Adempas (riociguat) in the US market. The product is approved by the USFDA and is used to treat chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). MSN developed and manufactures the product.

Domestic benchmarks ended sharply higher on Tuesday. The Sensex rose 685.34 points (0.95%) to 73,067.81, while the Nifty gained 220.35 points (0.98%) to close at 22,776.10.
