CLOSING BELLMarkets witnessed a sharp reversal on Friday. Sensex opened higher but gains evaporated as crude oil spiked to $114 and selling pressure intensified across sectors. Sensex recovered over 670 points from the day's low to close at 73,123.83 (-125.56 pts), while Nifty settled at 22,600.45 (-87.20 pts). Broader markets were hit harder — Midcap 100 fell 2.21% and Smallcap 100 dropped 2.94%. India VIX surged 6.47% to 16.77, reflecting heightened nervousness.

Revenue from operations jumped 36.1% YoY to Rs 7,571 crore. Food delivery GOV rose 17.7% to Rs 10,054 crore with adjusted EBITDA margin at a record 3.4% of GOV.
