Welspun Enterprises arm secures LoA worth ₹66 crore
WELSPUN ENTWelspun Michigan Engineers (WMEL) has secured a Letter of Acceptance from New Delhi Municipal Council for rehabilitation of the old sewer twin barrel at a contract value of around ₹66 crore, to be executed in 18 months. WMEL's current order book stands at around ₹2,356.66 crore.

FIIs net sellers in equities on Oct 07: NSDL
FII FLOWFIIs were net sellers in equities worth ₹2,449.84 crore on Wednesday. In debt, they were net buyers of ₹1,483.10 crore. In hybrid, net sellers of ₹10.59 crore.

Sensex slumps 429 pts, Nifty below 22,650 after RBI rate hike
MARKET WRAPRBI raised repo rate by 25 bps to 5.5% and shifted stance to "calibrated tightening". Sensex fell 429.11 pts (0.59%) to 72,638.70, Nifty dropped 173.05 pts (0.76%) to 22,603.05. Titan, BEL, Hindalco top laggards. Nifty Metal worst performer; PSU Bank outperformed.

GM Breweries Q2: Shares tank 7% after margin decline
GM BREWERIESStock fell 6.61% to ₹921 intraday. Net profit rose 12.3% to ₹39.3 crore, revenue up 18.2% to ₹214 crore. EBITDA up 12% to ₹50.3 crore, but EBITDA margin declined to 23.5% from 25% — a 250 bps contraction. Stock down 25% from 52-week high of ₹1,328.80.
