NSE stock falls below IPO price, wiping out ₹41,000 crore in investor wealthNSE
Less than two weeks after listing, NSE shares slipped below their IPO price of ₹1,785. The stock debuted at ₹1,800 on September 24 and hit an intraday high of ₹1,878, taking market cap to ₹4.64 lakh crore. But selling pressure dragged it to a low of ₹1,712 on Monday, wiping out nearly ₹41,000 crore in market value. NSE has now slipped out of the top 10 most valued firms, ranking 12th with a market cap of around ₹4.27 lakh crore. On Tuesday, the stock recovered 1.53% to close at ₹1,749.85.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra Rivenza, a residential project spread across 13.46 acres in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹3,500 crore. Phase 1 will offer 1,236 units of 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. The project features amenities across 2.65 lakh sq. ft., including one of the township's largest clubhouses (44,000+ sq. ft.), 9 acres of green spaces, a swimming pool with sunken bar, sports courts, cycling tracks and a glass-roof library. It is envisaged as a Net Zero Waste development and is IGBC pre-certified Gold.

Both acquisitions are strategic in nature and are expected to be completed on or before October 31, 2026.

The project will be implemented through an SPV in which the company will hold 100% equity. The EPC works are proposed to be awarded to the company, representing a business opportunity valued at around ₹1,800 crore, to be executed over 36 months. The pipeline will have an operation period of 25 years after a construction period of 3 years.

Asset Reconstruction Company touches roof on reporting 54% surge in Q1 consolidated net profitARC
Asset Reconstruction Company (India) has reported a 54.16% surge in consolidated net profit at ₹89.15 crore for Q1FY27, compared to ₹57.83 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income more than doubled to ₹235.49 crore from ₹117.05 crore. On a standalone basis, net profit jumped over two-fold to ₹143.14 crore, while total income rose to ₹276.07 crore. The strong numbers drove the stock to its upper circuit.
