Board approves Rs 1,415 crore expansion plan across key verticals: Two-Wheeler Alloy Wheels, Aluminium Casting, Moulding & Interior, Exterior Parts, and Sealing Systems. New greenfield facility at Hosur, Tamil Nadu for Casting Division (~Rs 510 crore). Two-wheeler Alloy Wheel plant at Kharkhoda, Haryana with 3.3 million-unit annual capacity (~Rs 155 crore). Awarded order from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for supply of Solar PV Modules. Aggregate order value: Rs 1,041.63 crore. To be executed by December 2027. Earlier, material subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries secured order worth Rs 297.5 crore from two IPPs/EPC players.

August passenger traffic (excluding Cebu) rose 0.9% YoY to 94,35,576. Delhi Airport: 60,83,616 passengers (up 2.7% YoY). Hyderabad: 21,86,082 (down 11.5% YoY). Mopa (Goa): 2,92,546 (down 22.8% YoY). Raised Rs 250 crore through allotment of listed, rated, secured and redeemable NCDs on private placement basis. Allotted 2,50,000 NCDs of Rs 10,000 each. Tenure: 24 months. Coupon rate: 9.25% per annum, payable monthly. NCDs to be listed on BSE. Secured by first-ranking exclusive charge on receivables.

14Allied BlendersMALT SPIRITS LICENCE
Received licence from Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Telangana, for manufacture of Malt Spirits for Potable Purposes at Rangapur Village, Wanaparthy District, Telangana. Licence permits manufacture of ~4.4 million bulk litres per annum. Company will now manufacture malt spirit in-house, supporting raw material requirements and enabling production of own single malt whisky products.
RUPIE SPEAK: In-house malt spirit production reduces third-party dependency. Entry into premium single malt segment is a high-margin opportunity.

Will feature all-day dining, wine and beer lounge, rooftop dining. IHCL will have 25 hotels in Kerala, including 7 under development.

17Exide IndustriesEUROPE PACT
Entered long-term strategic cooperation agreement with ExCom Energy Solutions GmbH, Germany for industrial battery and energy storage systems across European Economic Area (EEA). Products to be marketed under ExCom brand. Partnership initially focuses on traction and motive-power battery solutions for material-handling, logistics, and other industrial mobility applications, plus stationary battery systems for industrial, infrastructure and energy storage applications.
