Processing capacity: 150 tonnes per day. Milky Mist was first in India (2022) to introduce Ultrafiltration for Skyr and Greek Yogurt. Part of IPO-stated expansion programme; strengthens high-protein dairy portfolio.

Entered quick-commerce through Nykaa's 60-minute delivery service Nykaa Now, making beauty and personal care portfolio accessible across top seven cities. No additional spending or investment required — existing supply chain with Nykaa will cater to Nykaa Now. Marks important step in omnichannel expansion.

Received Letter of Award worth Rs 28.17 crore (excluding GST) from Rite Water Solutions (India). Execution: 48 months (24 months execution + 24 months warranty).

Expanded nutrition portfolio into snacking with launch of Avvatar Popped Chips. Non-fried, 10g protein per 30g pack, priced at Rs 60. No added sugar, no palm oil, no preservatives. Available on Avvatar website, Quick Commerce, Vending Machines, General Trade and Modern Trade. Builds on Avvatar's protein powders, RTD beverages and bars.

RedingtonSIEMENS PACT
Signed agreement with Siemens Digital Industries Software to bring Siemens Xcelerator portfolio to six African markets: Egypt, Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Morocco, Tanzania. Provides access to Teamcenter (PLM), Designcenter (product design), Simcenter (simulation), Digital Twin and Industrial AI capabilities. Plans to expand into further regions.
RUPIE SPEAK: Expands African footprint with Siemens. Industrial software distribution is a high-margin, sticky business.

Secured two orders worth ~Rs 27.31 crore for manufacture and supply of CGRSP. LoA worth ~Rs 24.15 crore from Office of Principal Chief Materials Manager, North Western Railway, Jaipur (execution: 24 months). Order worth ~Rs 3.16 crore from North East Frontier Railway (execution: 3 months).
RUPIE SPEAK: Railway orders keep coming. Steady order flow from Indian Railways is a positive for the rubber products maker.
Juniper Green Energy35 MW WIND
Commissioned 35 MW wind power capacity as part of 150 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Project on Sept 10, 2026. Commissioning witnessed by Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company officials. Capacity under this project now 175 MWp out of total planned 190 MWp. Aggregate operational capacity now ~2,639 MWp and ~500 MWh BESS.

Entered MoU with Armour1X LLP, Hyderabad, for strategic non-exclusive collaboration in AI, Generative AI, Cybersecurity, Cyber-Physical Security, IoT, Intelligent Automation and Deep Technologies. Will jointly identify use cases, undertake PoCs, design workforce training, and develop integrated solutions. No fixed revenue commitment or investment obligation.

Burger King opened its 600th restaurant in GTB Nagar, Delhi. Now has over 100 restaurants across Delhi NCR and presence across over 140 cities in India. Secured purchase order worth ~Rs 1.02 crore (exclusive of taxes) from a leading commodity exchange in India. For additional resources for 24x7 Disaster Recovery operations and datacentre management support including monitoring, backup and restore, incident management, asset and inventory management, vendor coordination. Period: 3 years (FY27 to FY29).
RUPIE SPEAK: Small ticket but recurring 3-year contract. Datacentre and DR services are sticky businesses.
Glenmark PharmaceuticalsBRAZIL LAUNCH
Wholly owned subsidiary Glenmark Specialty S.A. launched RYALTRIS Nasal Spray in Brazil for moderate to severe allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents 12+. First olopatadine-containing intranasal combination therapy in Brazil — combines antihistamine (olopatadine) and corticosteroid (mometasone) in single nasal spray. Approval from ANVISA received earlier this year.

Shree Pushkar ChemicalsPRODUCTION
Commenced commercial production at Unit-5: Dyes Segment at MIDC Lote Parshuram, Taluka Khed, District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. This will boost Dyes Capacity by 6,000 MTPA, catering to increasing demand for dyes in current market scenarios.

Began production at Sri City Aerospace Facility, replicating UK manufacturing capability in India. First batch of precision-machined aerospace components manufactured and shipped to Sigma UK for final verification. Completed initial stages of source-change approval with Rolls-Royce Aerospace. ~75,000 sq ft operational in 8 months, providing 100,000 machining hours annual capacity (budgeted to reach ~300,000 hours). Remaining campus operational in next 12 months; ~70% of manufacturing expected in India.

Received approval to incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary to establish, acquire, own, operate, manage and market data centre & telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions and connectivity services. Received final approval from Subject Expert Committee (SEC) under CDSCO for marketing authorization of OERIS (Ondansetron Extended-Release Injection, 100 mg/mL). World's first extended-release ondansetron injectable — sustained antiemetic action up to 120 hours (5 days) with single administration. First-of-its-kind approval in India and globally. Patent protection in India until 2039. Phase III trial completed successfully for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). Commercial launch planned across India.

Secured new work order from Municipal Corporation Ludhiana, Government of Punjab for digitization of official records. Documents comprise ~165 lakh pages (including varying sizes, Pay Bill Registers etc.) and may increase/decrease at actual execution. Total value: Rs 4.23 crore (inclusive of GST). Completion timeline: 3 years (including AMC phase).
RUPIE SPEAK: 165 lakh pages digitization is a large-scale project. Reinforces Atishay's position in government digitisation space.
