PC Jeweller Share: What's Keeping It in Focus on Monday

Share Allotment PC Jeweller's board approved the allotment of over 20 crore equity shares following the conversion of fully convertible warrants. The move raised ₹84.70 crore in total. The exercise price was set at ₹42.15 per warrant — 75% of the original issue price — in line with SEBI regulations.
MoU with NSDC The company also signed an MoU with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Under this deal, PC Jeweller will work as the industry partner for the Gems & Jewellery sector, aiming to onboard up to 2 lakh micro-entrepreneurs across India over the next five years.
Stock Performance The stock has been under pressure lately — down 4% in a week and nearly 20% in a month. On a YTD basis, it has fallen 14%, and over 41% in the past year. That said, the stock has delivered strong multibagger returns of 202% over three years and 193% over five years.
